Amelia Stamm

STAMM, AMELIA E. , age 89 of Centerville, passed away, Tuesday, April 5, 2011. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Wayne W. Stamm. Amelia is survived by her daughters: Cathy (Keith) Johnson and Dee Dee (Steve) Rhoads and son, Wayne W., Jr (Josie) Stamm, 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Amelia was adored and loved by all her family and we will all miss her. She graduated from Julienne High School class of 1939 and graduated from University of Dayton with a Bachelor Degree in Science in 1943, where she met her husband, Wayne. Amelia worked at Centerville Bank for over 20 years and retired in her 60’s. Mom was kind, funny, intelligent and loving. She was always there for us. She was dedicated to her family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, April 8th (TODAY) from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road, Kettering followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., at Church of the Incarnation, 7415 Far Hills Ave, Centerville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, Hospice of Dayton or Alzheimer’s Association.
