Anna Marie Ruhl (nee Spatz), age 87, died on Wednesday, December 30, 2015, from natural causes. She was born on April 12, 1928 in Dayton, Ohio to Lawrence and Corine (nee Krebs) Spatz. Upon graduation from Julienne High School, she worked in the family bakery business in several capacities before marriage. During her adult life, Anna Marie volunteered at St. Albert the Great School and in the parish, singing in the choir for many years and participating in the new parishioner program. She also volunteered at the local Corner Cupboard with her husband and friends. She is survived by daughters Cindy Ruhl Haller of League City, Texas, Christine Ruhl Buescher and her husband Dr. Stephen Buescher of Virginia Beach and Barbara Jeanne Ruhl of Kettering, Ohio; 1 granddaughter, 5 grandsons; two great granddaughters and two great grandsons; her brother Lawrence Spatz Jr. and wife Dottie. She was preceded in death by two older sisters, Pauline and Dorothy; her beloved husband of 65 years, Donald Edward Ruhl, also from Dayton, twin daughters, and son-in-law Daniel J. Haller. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 11a.m. to 12 noon at St Albert the Great Catholic Church, 3033 Far Hills Ave, Kettering followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon.
