Anthony Wenzler,

WENZLER JR., Anthony B. age 70, of Kettering, passed away Tuesday March 23, 2010. Mr. Wenzler was a retired builder and an avid golfer. Later in life after his construction career, he was able to pursue his dreams and enjoyed time as a professional caddy for the Senior Tour and as a private boat captain in Florida. He was a former member of the Dayton Home Builders Assn and Sugar Valley Country Club. Mr. Wenzler was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony B., Sr. and Rose M. Wenzler. He is survived by his two daughters, Teresa ( Erik) Freckman, Kristi Wenzler; a son, Tony "Trey" ( Darla) Wenzler; six grandchildren, Pete, Weslie-Ann, Jordon, Emma, Devon, Gavin; three sisters, Barbara Ann Wenzler, Mary P. OBrien, Nancy M. (Donald) Strenk; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00am Friday at Church of the Holy Angels. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday (TODAY) from 4-7pm at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Assn.
