FERGUSON, Betty J. (Nausadis) Age 81, of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday December 18, 2012. Betty was born in Grand Rapids, MI to the late Bill and Helen Nausadis. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Robert J. Ferguson. Betty is survived by her sisters: Margie (Bob) Lucas and Yvonne (Don) Wilson both of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Also survived by daughters Sandy (Kenneth) Beall of Dayton, Betsy (Steve) Kohls of Dayton and son Chris (Stephanie) Ferguson of VA and her grandchildren: Rob(Alicia) a soon to be great grandchild, Steve(Angelica), Mike, Julie(Brad), Brian, Sam and Libby. Betty worked as a clerk for A-1 Trophy, Daytex Fabrics and retired from Hancock Fabrics. She had been a Girl Scout leader and school volunteer. Betty was a longtime member of Immaculate Conception Church. She was an excellent seamstress and needle worker. Betty enjoyed working at a fabric store and especially loved helping people learn to sew. She loved camping, hiking and swimming (especially in her beloved MI). Betty (our Mum) was a devoted mother and grandmother. A favorite saying was; "The housework can wait, your children will not." Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 AM Saturday December 22 at Immaculate Conception Church preceded by a prayer service 9:30 AM at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. The family will receive friends Friday from 4:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home.The family expresses heartfelt thanks to friends at Trinity Community in Beavercreek (B Hall) and Comfort Keepers (Jackie).
