Betty Mangold

MANGOLD, Betty D. age 85 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Betty was the former owner of the White Front Bar and Tom's Bar and Grill. She is preceded in death by her father, Herman Mangold, Sr.; her mother, Gladys; a sister, Vera Johnson; brother, Herman "Doc" Mangold and a lifelong friend, Norma M. Durham. She is survived by a nephew, Lewis Johnson and his wife, Karen; a niece, Suzanne Bespain and her husband Gail; great nieces, Robyn Sebald and Angie Brown; great nephew, Roger Johnson; numerous other nieces, nephews; great and great great nieces and nephews; special friends, Bobby and Maggie. Services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, September 1, at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. The family will receive friends Monday from 4:00-8:00 at the funeral home. Burial Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, envelopes available at the funeral home.
