Lifelong Dayton resident, Beverly A. Ozvath, age 74, of Sugarcreek Township, passed away Wednesday June 23rd, 2010. Born in 1935, the daughter of Wilbur and Bessie Sparks, she spent her early years in the Belmont neighborhood of Dayton. A graduate of Stivers High School class of 1954 married Charles J. Ozvath in 1956. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur & Bessie Sparks, an infant brother, Raymond Dale and an infant daughter. She is survived by her loving husband of the past 53 years, Chuck; three sons, Timothy (Cindy) of Columbus, Gregory (Michele) of Bellbrook, Ryan Ozvath of Columbus; grandchildren, Austin, Madeleine & Andrew Ozvath; sister, Janet Ozvath; brothers, Bruce (Shirley) of Tennessee, Gary (Wanda) of Wapakoneta, John (Debbie) Sparks of Florida; numerous nephews, a niece and many, many special friends. The family invites their family and friends to join them on Monday from 4-8 p. m. at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road. The funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday also at The Westbrock Funeral Home. The procession will follow to Bellbrook Cemetery, on Upper-Bellbrook Road. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made in Beverly's memory to Angie's Place a charity close to her heart.
