Brenda Sturgill

STURGILL, Brenda Carol Roberts born October 6, 1948, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at the Dayton Hospice Center. Brenda fought a long courageous battle with cancer. She passed in the same way she embraced her life, with quiet dignity and grace. She will be missed by all who loved her. Brenda was proceeded in death by her father Earlus Roberts. Brenda is survived in death by her mother, Ada Roberts, beloved husband William Sturgill, her children: Dewayne (Chris) Engle, Belinda (John) Schuermann, Tim (Andrea) Sturgill, Don (Kim) Sturgill, Tami (Jim) Ross, Greg (Debbie) Sturgill, David (Jen) Sturgill. Her grandchildren: Crystal, Tiffany, Michale, Alli, Jenny, Ben, Quincy, Tabitha, Amanda, Adam, Noah, Joshua, Arlene, Joshua, Emily, Luke, Isaac and her great-grandson Austin. Her brothers, Bobby, Frank, Greg and David Roberts. Her sisters Pat and Thelma and numerous beloved family members and special friends. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice, Darke County Ohio. A visitation will be held at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road, Kettering, Ohio on Friday December 17, 2010 from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. Following the visitation there will be a private graveside service for her immediate family.
