Carol (Weis) Blair
Age 79 of Centerville, OH passed away August 3rd, 2019. Beloved wife of 59 years of Thomas. Devoted mother of Kevin and Lisa, and loving grandmother ("Ma") of six grandchildren (Blair, Bradley, Brandon, Bryson, Gracie and Graeme). Sister of Diane (Michael) Ziegler. Daughter of the late George and Teresa (Niemer) Weis.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, August 9th at 10:30 a.m. with visitation at 9:30 a.m. at St. Charles Church, 4600 Ackerman Blvd., Dayton OH 45429.
Carol provided numerable hours of volunteer work with St. Charles Parish Council, Alter High School Booster Board, Woman Line of Dayton, and additional organizations.
She loved Florida as a Snow Bird and shuffle board champ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements by The Westbrock Funeral Home.
