DABBELT, CAROLYN LIEB, age 62, of Kettering passed away, Friday, May 13, 2011. She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha (O’Connor) Lieb and a sister-in-law, Carol Lieb. Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Jim Dabbelt, sons: Jeffrey (Gretchen) Dabbelt of Lexington, KY, David Dabbelt of Kettering, Matthew (Leah Ann) Dabbelt of Centerville and Michael Dabbelt of Knoxville, TN, grandchildren: Alan, Brian, Henry, Andrew and Elise, father, Donald Lieb of Cincinnati, sisters: Susan (Dick) Robinson of Cincinnati, Julia (Kenneth) Rothe of Cincinnati and Mary Matoba of Broomfield, CO and brother, Donald Lieb of Columbus. Carolyn was a nurse for Hospice of Dayton and Vitas Hospice for the past 20 years. A special thank you to all the doctors, nurses, caregivers, family and friends for all of your care and compassion given to Carolyn. Visitation will be held, Monday, May 16th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road, Kettering 45440. Mass of Christian Burial will be held, 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 17th at Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Drive, Kettering, 45420. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vitas Hospice of Dayton or The American Cancer Society
