Tegenkamp, Carolyn A., age 68, of Kettering, passed away Tuesday July 13, 2010 in Oakwood. Mrs. Tegenkamp was born Carolyn Monnin on December 11, 1941, in Dayton, OH. She was a life-long member of St. Anthony's parish. After graduating from St. Joseph's Commercial High School in 1960, she worked for NCR from 1960-1964. After raising her family, she became a co-owner and co-operator of Dayton Church Supply in downtown Dayton. Mrs. Tegenkamp was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy & Agnes Monnin, and a brother, Dale Monnin. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Paul Tegenkamp; three daughters and sons-in-law, Angela Swanson (Barry), Christine Pervaiz (Hussain), Karen Klepacz (Jeff); seven grandchildren, Gregory Swanson; Rachel Eastwood; Abigail, Briana and Zahra Pervaiz; Emily and Jeffrey Klepacz; a brother, Carl Monnin (Pat), a sister, Luella McQuality; and a number of nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Chris Coleman 10:00am Monday July 19th at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 830 Bowen Street in Dayton. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4-8pm at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Anthony School or Acclaim Hospice (7887 Washington Village Drive Suite 350 Dayton, OH. 45459)
