Smith, Charles E., age 75 of Centerville, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Wood Glen Alzheimer’s Community. Charles was the owner of Johnnie’s Carryout in Beavercreek. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy in 2011. Charles is survived by his daughter, Janet Baughman (Ron Brinson); son, Scott (Melissa) Smith; brother David (Frances) Smith; grandchildren, Danny Burns, Victoria Baughman, Katie and Connor Smith, Andrew Burns and great-grandsons, Camron Burns and Michael Smith. He is also survived by several cousins and a niece and nephew. Visitation will be held, Wednesday, October 19th from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the Calvary Cemetery Chapel. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel. Burial, Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 31 W. Whipp Rd., Dayton, OH 45459.
