Cheryl Simon, 77, passed away on March 26, 2025, in Kettering, Ohio.
Cheryl was born on October 9, 1947 in Covington, KY to Elwood and Laverne Simon.
She graduated from Taft High School, Hamilton, Ohio in 1965. Her long career in sales began at Elder-Beerman, moving on to floor coverings sales positions for several retailers. She found her true passion in new automobile sales working at Frank Z Chevrolet, Simon/Harmon Cadillac, and finally, retiring from Voss Cadillac. Cheryl earned many awards for sales and customer service during her successful career.
Cheryl was best known for her big heart, smile, and classy style. She loved dining and visiting with friends at area supper clubs.
Cheryl is survived by Conrad Slorp - her life-long love and partner, her son, Stephen Simon , brothers and sisters, Linda Kaminski , Bill (Carole) Simon, Barbara (Dan) Slonaker , Bob Simon, Nancy (Mike) Burton, Joanne (Dan) Avila, Gary (Heidy) Simon, many nieces, nephews and extended family. She also spent many happy times with her life partner's son, Mark Slorp and his partner, Michele Blakeman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Laverne and Elwood Simon, and her youngest brother, Brian Simon.
Visitation for Cheryl Simon will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM, at Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church, 2300 S. Smithville Rd, Dayton, OH 45420 immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.
