Doris E. Issenmann

Issenmann, Doris E., age 90, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 21, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harley and Elizabeth Cozad; her husband, Anthony Issenmann, and granddaughter Marie Bennett. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister, Virginia Wehcamp, children- Fred and wife Becky, Bill and wife Barb, Mark and wife Lisa, and Connie and husband Tom Bennett, 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and life long friend Collette Franks. She graduated from Wilbur Wright High School class of 1945. Doris retired from Mad River Schools Food Service. She was an active member of St. Helen Parish where she was sacristan for over 40 years and past president of their leisure club. She was also involved with the Free Spirits at Immaculate Conception Church and was a member of the National Catholic Society of Foresters, court 717. She enjoyed golf, bowling, and gardening. Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 AM Monday, June 25 at St. Helen Church. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00-6:00 PM at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave., Burial, Calvary Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the St. Helen’s school library or Hospice of Dayton, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
