Eisenhauer, Dorothy (Michael), age 82 of Kettering, OH died on June 30, 2016. She was born on April 9, 1934 in Dayton, OH to the late George and Hermina (Puente) Michael. She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-nine years, William J. Eisenhauer, Sr. in 2010, her eldest son William J. Eisenhauer, Jr. in 2003 and by an infant son in 1961. She is survived by her son William’s wife, Janice Eisenhauer and their children William, Matthew and Andrew of Centerville, OH; her son Michael Eisenhauer, his wife Minako and their children, Natalie and Martin of Cincinnati, OH; her son Charles Eisenhauer II, his wife Susan and their children Charles III, Mary, James and Grace of Centerville, OH; her daughter Margaret (Eisenhauer) Rueth and her husband Richard and their children Adam, Timothy, David and Claire of Washington Township, OH; and her daughter Catherine (Eisenhauer) Lohr and her husband Christopher and their son Henry of Cincinnati, OH; sister, Jane (John) Mueller of Cincinnati, OH and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a graduate of Julienne High School class of 1952. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College in 1956. She taught at Julienne High School before becoming a wife and mother. She devoted the rest of her life to raising her children and cherishing her grandchildren. Friends and family may visit from 5-7 pm on Tuesday, July 5 at Westbrock Funeral Home, Kettering. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am on Wednesday, July 6 at Church of the Incarnation. Interment following at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the William J. Eisenhauer, Jr. Memorial Fund c/o Alter High School.
