Dorothy L. Grant

GRANT, Dorothy (Woodall) age 94 passed away Saturday afternoon at Brookhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 64 years, Ralph; her grandson, Brian; her parents, Herbert and Mary Woodall and two brothers (Charles and Harry) and one sister (Florence). She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Lori of Kettering and Steve and Diane of Englewood. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Timothy (Jamie), Lauren, Melissa and Jennifer; two great grandchildren, Emily and Alex and a sister, Eileen Mort of Beavercreek; many dear friends and family members. Dorothy was graced with a long life with her true love and soul mate. She deeply appreciated all the prayers, visits and well wishes over the last several years. Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 am Wednesday September 24 at St. Joseph Church preceded by a prayer service 9:30 am at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00-7:00 pm at the funeral home. Entombment, Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Joseph Church, St. Vincent DePaul or the American Heart Association in her honor, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
