Douglas Eugene Moorman

Moorman, Douglas Eugene, born November 6, 1947.

Passed away quietly at home on January 29, 2016.

Doug graduated from Patterson Co-Op High School in 1965. He worked in the real estate title business and retired from Sterling Land Title. Doug was a rabid Green Bay Packers, Dayton Dragons, and Duke basketball fan. He enjoyed playing golf and cards, and being with family and friends. Doug never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew him.

Preceded in death by parents Wallace F. and Mary June Moorman, brother Anthony R. sister-in-law Lisa Faye (Tipton).

Survived by his loving daughter Stacy (John) Franklin, sister Jennifer (Jimmy) Clark, brothers Gregory (Regina Parramore), Gary (Cathy) , David (Millie), Joseph (Diana), and Patrick, "Northern Family" mother Rosella (Hierholzer) Moorman, Julius (Brenda Burns) Hierholzer, June (Dale) Leisteinschneider, Jody (Dan) Lange, Joan (Mark) Kunk, and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Viewing at Westbrock Funeral Home 5980 Bigger Road Kettering, Ohio 45440 Thursday February 4 from 4-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Anthony of Padua Church 830 Bowen Street Dayton, Ohio 45410 at 10 AM Friday February 5. Internment at Calvary Cemetery.
