Douglas Andrew Stevens

Douglas A. Stevens, 48, of Plainfield, passed away May 2, 2018. He was born February 15, 1970 in Dayton, OH. He was a US Army veteran. He was a paramedic for the Morgan County EMS. Doug is survived by his wife, Christy M. (Hughey) Stevens; 4 children, Autumn, Colin, Logan, and Zoe Stevens; his father, James Stevens; a sister, Kimberly (Tony) Wallace; and a good friend, Joe Plummer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen (Connell) Stevens. Funeral services will be at 7:00 pm on Friday, May 11, 2018 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Friday from 4:00 pm until service time at 7:00 pm. Entombment, with military honors, will be held on Saturday at 11:30 in the Woodland Cemetery in Dayton, OH.
