E. Eleanor Sherby

SHERBY, E. Eleanor, age 93 of Springboro passed away on Friday March 12th. She was born on May 8, 1927 in Plymouth, IN to the late, Russell Quillen and Anna Electra (Snyder) Quillen. She is also preceded in death by her husband, James E. Sherby in (2003); siblings, Mary Lou Stanley, Betty Langdon, Edward, and Ted Quillen. Eleanor is survived by her sons, David (Carol) of Argyle, TX, John (Jeri Lynn) of Highland, IN, Joseph (Glenda) of Rome, GA, Jeff (fiancé Shannon Burton) of Centerville, OH; grandchildren, Jeanine Lawson, Phillip Sherby, Jay Sherby, Greg Jarrett, Nicholas Sherby, Eli Burton and many other extended family and friends. Eleanor worked as a Registered Nurse. The family will receive friends Friday March 19th from 3-4pm at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road in Kettering. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 4:30pm at Church of the Incarnation in Centerville. Eleanor will then be laid to rest at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Blue Ridge, GA at a later date.
