Edward Robert Hiebendahl, 78 passed away peacefully on February 18, 2017. Born in the
Bronx, NY and made his final home with his beloved wife Betty (Elizabeth) in Centerville, Ohio.
Ed was a veteran of the Vietnam War followed by a long successful career in automotive sales.
He loved acting, writing and had a gift for storytelling but his most treasured passions were his
grandchildren. Survived by his daughters; Rosemarie and Barbara his sons John and William,
his stepchildren; Terri, Guy , Mark and Kris. His grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Matthew,
Connor, Edward, Ryan, Michael, Jill, Guy, Jacob, Mark and Jenna and Great grandchildren
Erabellla, Bailey, Milley, Miranda and soon to be baby Mason. The Family and Friends gathering begins at 9:30 am, Tuesday February 28, at St Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church 6245 Wilmington Pike, Dayton Ohio, Mass follows at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers please make donations to St Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church. Arrangements entrusted to Westbrock Funeral Home, Kettering.
