Elaine Klenke

KLENKE (nee O’Brien), MARGUERITE ELAINE, age 91 of Dayton passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Marvin Joseph Klenke; parents: Ora E. and Beatrice O’Brien, great-grandchild, Kaylan and close 1st cousins: Vivian Snell and Delores Bowen. Elaine is survived by her children: Susan Klenke, Robert Klenke and Joyce (Scott) Dunham; grandchildren: Anna (Nate) Makiewicz, Abbey Klenke, Ryan Dunham, Meghan (Steve) Boehmer and Kyle Dunham and great-grandchildren: Isabella and Maya Robinson. Elaine did factory work during WWII while her husband, Marvin was serving oversees. She was a devoted wife and mother. Elaine was very proud of all of her grandchildren and supported them at all their activities. The family would like to thank all of Senior Independence Hospice for their kind and competent care and especially, Ava Lewis and Angel Williams. Thanks also to special church friend, Linda Williams. Visitation will be held Monday, August 26th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave, Dayton. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Immaculate Conception, 2300 S. Smithville, Dayton. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Senior Independence Hospice, 6520 Poe Ave, 45414
