Elizabeth Buehrle

BUEHRLE, Elizabeth F. Beth Heaven's special child, age 43, peacefully passed away in her home on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Beth came into this world a spring miracle on March 20, 1967. She spent her time on earth bringing joy to all she met. Beth attended Northview School in Dayton and later worked at the Calumet Center adult workshop where she enjoyed working in the community helping others. She spent many years competing in Special Olympics and was a champion bowler and bocce ball player! Beth enjoyed music, food and having fun with her family. She was a peacemaker, a fun loving girl who made everyone laugh and a beautiful child of God. She was preceded in death by her father, William H. Buehrle, III. She is survived by her mother, Sheila McLaughlin Buehrle, two sisters, Amy Buehrle Light (Marty) and Jennifer Buehrle Williams (Curt); one nephew, Clay Williams and two nieces, Megan Williams, Cate Williams, and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. The family will be receiving friends from 2:00-6:00pm, Sunday, March 28, at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road, Kettering, and again on Monday, March 29, from 9:30-10:15am at St. Rita Catholic Church, 5401 N. Main Street, Dayton. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30am at St. Rita's. Donations may be made in her memory to Calumet Adult Day Center or Hospice of Dayton.
