Elizabeth Hammer

HAMMER, Elizabeth A. (Wolfe) age 37 formerly of Beavercreek of New Albany, IN. passed away Sunday November 30, 2008. Elizabeth was a library volunteer for three years at the Grant Line Elementary School. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Wolfe. Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Mark; mother, Phyllis; two daughters, Rachael, Gretchen; two sons, Andrew, Matthew; five brothers and sisters-in-law, Timothy and Brenda, Douglas, Brian and Mary, Gregory and Tio, Matthew and Kara. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Friday December 5th at the Church of the Ascension, preceded by a prayer service 10:00 AM at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave., Dayton. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 Thursday, December 4th at the funeral home. Burial, Davids Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Daytons Childrens Hospital, envelopes available at the funeral home.
