Elmer Schulte

SCHULTE, Elmer G. "Bud" age 84, of Riverside passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2011. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter and a sister, Mary Yahle. Elmer is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marjorie L. Schulte, daughters: Kathy (Bill) Collier, Debbie (Jim) Hickey, Susan (Brad) Karlos and Christine (Glenn) Evans, sons: Steve (Ann) Schulte and Robert (Cindy) Schulte, 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, sister, Rose Williams and brother, Robert Schulte. Elmer retired after 44 years of service with the Standard Register Company, was a lifetime member of the Milton Athletic Club for over 56 years and served on the Charitable Trust Committee and was an avid poker player with Standard Register buddies for over 35 years. The family would like to thank Dr. Shah and Dr. Key and the staff of Vitas Hospice for all of their care and compassion given to Bud. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 11th from 2:00-5:00 p.m. at Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road, Kettering. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 12th at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 820 Bowen Street, Dayton. Burial will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Anthony Church or The American Cancer Society .
