ISSENMANN, Frances A. (Cook), age 91 of Dayton passed away Friday, March 25, 2016. She was born July 26, 1924 in Springfield, OH. A graduate of Catholic Central High School, 1942. She was employed at National Supply Diesel until 1948 when she married her husband, Francis, and moved to Dayton, OH. She was also employed as a part-time clerk for Kleckner, Patrick, Scholes, CPA’s. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Anthony Catholic Church. Preceded in death by husband, Francis (52 yrs); parents, Giovani and Maria (Valentie) Cocca; sisters, Sue Offenbacher, Jenny Lubbers, Mary Lou McCullagh and Josephine Fitzgerald. She is survived by daughters, Mary Ann and Jeanne; son, John (Maureen); granddaughters, Mary and Susan; sister, Mary Grace Cocca; brother-in-law, Jim McCullagh; sister-in-law, Doris Issenmann and numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the nurses and therapists from American Nursing Care and the staff from Home Care Assistance. Prayers 9:45 am on Thursday, March 31 at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd, Kettering. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am on Thursday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 820 Bowen St, Dayton.
