LOGES, G. Kramer (Bud) Age 89, passed away December 15, 2008 at 10 Wilmington Place. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary (Fitzharris) and first born daughter, Margaret Mary (Peggy). He is survived by his children Linda (John) Vetter of Bellbrook, timothy Loges (Jim Anderson) of Palm Springs, Stephen Loges of New York City, Brian Loges of Kettering, and Laura Loges of Kettering, and Laura Loges of Kettering; Grandchildren Tony (Brenda) Vetter of Kettering, Jeffrey Vetter of Centerville, Michael Loges of Columbus and Mark Loges of Kettering; Great- grandchildren Elizabeth and Anthony Vetter of Kettering. He is also survived by his brother Richard Loges and sister Miriam (Loges) Fitzharris. Bud was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and was a graduate of the University of Dayton. He was the owner and operator of Kramer Brothers Foundry Company and Casting Service, which dissolved in 2000. He was an active member of the Downtown Dayton Optimist Club, as well as a member of St. Albert the Great Parish in Kettering. Music, and his love of music, was an integral part of Bud's life which began with his singing in the choir of his church, where his mother was the organist, his membership in the Westbrock Boys' Choir as a youth, and a member of four choral groups at the University of Dayton, including the UD Glee Club and Mixed Chorus as a young man. Bud had a wonderful singing voice as well as a great sense of humor and shared these gifts with many people throughout his life. Thank you to the staff of 10 Wilmington Place for their comfort and care over the past four years and to Crossroads Hospice. A memorial service will be held at St. Albert the Great Parish, Kettering, Ohio on JANUARY 3rd at 10 AM, 2009. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
