George Keish

KEISH, George age 87, of Dayton, passed away Saturday November 29, 2008. Mr. Keish was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and survived two sinking ships. He was an avid poker player and hunter and was known to many as the "great white hunter" from the numerous large bucks he brought down. During his working career, he spent over 40 years in real estate. He is survived by his two sisters, Edna Keish and Mary Simpkins, numerous nieces, nephews, and long-time friend Gracie Long. The family will receive friends from 1-2:30pm Thursday at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave., followed by a funeral service at 2:30pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
