Hilda Renner

RENNER, Hilda M. (Heiser) age 97, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012, at St. Leonard, Centerville where she has been a resident for many years. Hilda was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Oscie (Waggoner) Heiser, her husband of 63 years, Robert (Bob) Renner, and their son, Michael M. Renner. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann (Bill deceased) Steinbruner and Jane (Chuck) Rakow; a brother, Linus Heiser; grandchildren, Ann Weaver, Rob (Susan) Steinbruner, Andrea Edman, David (Holly) Renner, Kathy Rakow, Ruth Rakow, Sharon Rakow, Sara Rakow; 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Hilda was a volunteer at St. Leonard's Kreative Korner and mending souls. Her specialty was making baby dolls, for which she won several awards. A special thanks to the nurses and staff at San Damiano Assisted Living for taking such great care of our Mother. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Leonard's Chapel on Saturday, November 3rd at 10:30am.
