Howard D. Weekley

Weekley, Howard “Bud” D., 71 years old passed away unexpectedly Monday, April 13, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Hester Weekley; sister Eileen; and in-laws Pat and Jerry Wahlrab. Bud is survived by his loving wife Kathie Weekley (Wahlrab) of 48 years; sisters Geraldine Levack (Harry) and Donna Semons (Bob); sons Steven (Michelle) and Christopher; grand-daughters Ashley and Katie; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was born and raised in the Dayton area. Bud proudly served our country in the National Guard for six years. He also, retired from the Teamsters Union in 2001, after serving more than 30 years as a diesel mechanic. His greatest joys in life were spending time with his family and friends; working outside in his barn fixing cars; going camping and wandering the local flea markets. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, April 17th, 2015 as Westbrock funeral home, 5980 Bigger Road in Kettering. Final services with honor guard will be held at Westbrock on Saturday, April 18th at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Community Care Hospice of Wilmington, Ohio.
