James Lawler

LAWLER, JAMES B., age 79 passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Ann Lawler. James is survived by his wife of 58 years, Shirley Lawler; children: Kim (Gary) Cooley, Mike (Pam) Lawler and Jim (Cathy) Lawler; grandchildren: Jamie, Sydney, Joe, Kate, David and Sarah and many loving friends. James belonged to the Milton Club for many years and enjoyed playing cards. During his working career, he worked 22 years at NCR and 22 years at General Motors where he retired. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 4th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road, Kettering. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 5th at Church of the Incarnation, 7415 Far Hills Ave., Centerville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or the charity of your choice.
