Janice L. Russell

Russell, Janice L., age 62 of Dayton passed away Wednesday November 8, 2017. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin and Jeanne. She is survived by her loving husband, William “Bill”; a daughter, Heather Stone; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Lindsay Kelly; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Doug Rineer, Donald and Donetta Rineer; three grandchildren, Zachary, Nicholas and Lilly. Services will be held 11:00 am Monday November 13 at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave., Rev. William “Gary” Favor officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00-4:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial, Calvary Cemetery.
