John “Jack” Thomas Sullivan, 82, passed away at his home on Oct. 8, 2014. Born in Niles, OH, he is survived by his wife of 60 years, Shirley, and his daughters Karen, Kim, Missy and Julie. He has six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Michael and Emma Sullivan and his sisters Doris and Rose Marie.
Jack graduated from Niles High School and spent three years in the Army. He graduated from Youngstown University with two degrees. He worked in finance for Firestone Tire in Akron, OH, Manila, Philippines and Dayton, OH. After retiring, he sold real estate for Coldwell Banker.
Jack was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Sertoma Club, and several political campaigns. He served on the Board for Oak Creek Swim Club. He loved golf and playing cards with family and friends.
Visitation at 10am and services at 11am at Westbrock Funeral Home in Kettering on Sat., Oct. 25. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or St. John Neumann Church of Cincinnati.
