DIX, John M. Babe age 97 of Dayton passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2010. John is preceded in death by his fist wife, Suzanne and his second wife Dorothy F. He is survived by six daughters and their husbands, Sue and Joe Wirrig of Lewisburg, Mary and Larry Beck of Centerville, Jane Dix of Springfield, Helen and Fred Damm of Canton, Ann and Arthur Sidell of Xenia, Dottie and Bruce "Doug" Gibson of Centerville; three sons and their wives, William and Maggie Petkewicz of Dayton, Tom and Colette Dix of FL, Bob and Vicki Petkewicz of VA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Memorial Mass will be held 11:00 AM Saturday October 2 at Our Lady of the Rosary followed by a reception immediately after mass. Burial, Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
