John Schneider

SCHNEIDER, John F. (Jack) 87, of Columbus, OH, formerly of Dayton, passed away Friday, January 23, 2009. He was a veteran of WWII , owner/operator of Jack's Dellwood Market in Kettering and worked at GM Delco for 20 years. Mr. Schneider was preceded in death by 4 sisters; Glenna Underwood, Mary Donthnier, Edna Brinkman and Dorothy Mahon, and 3 brothers; Joe, Norm and Bob Schneider. He is survived by his wife Irene F. (Boley), daughter Betty and Jack Jenkins Jr. of Beavercreek and their children; Jennifer, Julie, Jaime and Jonathan and 5 great-grandchildren, son Bill J. Schneider of Columbus and several nieces and nephews. Prayer service, 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 29th at Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 AM at Ascension Church with burial following at Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday, January 28th, 4-8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
