Katherine Ragan

Ragan, Katherine A. (Mercurio), age 84 of Kettering passed away Monday December 15, 2008. Katherine was preceded in death by her husband, Howard E. in 2005. She is survived by two daughters, Lana VanWinkle of Centerville, Jan Ragan of Kettering; a sister and her husband, Ann and Robert Courtney of MO; three brothers, Mike Mercurio of IN, Joe Mercurio of Brookville, OH, Philip Mercurio of Dayton, OH; a granddaughter, Lisa VanWinkle; Nephew, Chick Kelly who Katherine had a special love for, a special friend, Naomi Stites, numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am Friday December 19 at St. Mary's Church, preceded by a prayer service 9:15 am at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd. The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, envelopes available at the funeral home.
