Larry Tanner

Larry D. Tanner, age 73 of Lakeview, OH passed away peacefully at Kettering Hospital on October 5, 2024. He was born in Dayton, OH to the late Robert Tanner and Phyllis (Shepard) Tanner, graduated from Trotwood High School and was a proud veteran of the US Army. Larry retired from Coca-Cola after nearly 30 years in Dayton, OH and Morganton, NC. After he retired he enjoyed fishing as often as possible. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Donna Tanner, brother Timothy Tanner, step-mother Carol Tanner, and step-daughter Melinda Branch. He is survived by his children David (Rhonda) Tanner, and Lisa Tanner, his grandchildren Halie Tanner, Travis Kuck, Cassandra and Ashley Bush, Charlie Izor and Casey Cox, his brother Butch (Carolyn) Tanner, his sister Tina Tanner, and numerous extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A celebration of life and burial will take place in Morganton, NC and will be announced at a later date.
