Lawrence E. "Larry" Garman

GARMAN, Lawrence E. “Larry”, age 76 of Dayton, lost his courageous battle against cancer. He passed away peacefully Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 7:05am. He was born in Dayton to the late, Lawrence B. and Helen (Nagy) Garman. Also, preceding him in death was his wife Shirley Ann Crecelius, and wife Leona Garman; sister, Patricia Winkle. He is survived by his children, Lisa (Ty) Stafford, Steve Garman, Larry Garman; grandchildren Matthew (Mary), Andrew, Nicholas, Cole, and Destiny; brother Michael (Melinda) Garman and many other relatives and friends. Owner of L & L Cabinets and Countertops of Dayton, he worked until as recent as this past summer. He enjoyed his work, and the many clients he came to know as friends. Friends and family may visit from 9-11 am on Wednesday, December 7 at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. A prayer service with Fr. Ethan Moore celebrant, will be held at 11:00 am. Larry will be laid to rest in Bellbrook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
