Leon Schmidt

SCHMIDT, LEON J., age 74, passed away, Sunday May 3, 2009. Leon is survived by his loving wife, Rosemarie Schmidt, children: Ann (Jim) Haughey, and their daughter, Michaela Haughey, Janine (Stephen) Falke and their children: Crystal and Dustin Falke and Joe (Susan) Schmidt and their son, Cory Schmidt. He is also survived by sisters-in-law: Betty Lou Schmidt and Linda Schmidt. Leon was preceded in death by his two brothers, Paul and Michael Schmidt. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 7th from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 272 Bainbridge Street, Dayton 45402. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association or The American Heart Association. Westbrock Funeral Home handling arrangements.
