Lindsay D Phillips

Phillips, Lindsay Desiree, was born March 22, 1989 and passed away November 22, 2018. She is survived by her mother, Desiree Lambert of Dayton, and father and step-mother, Arlow and Melissa Phillips, of Kettering. She leaves behind two children, Precious and Braylon. She is also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews which are as follows: on her mother’s side, Shaun Phillips (wife Brandi and children Abigayle and Kevin), Philina Stueve (children Josh, Promise, and Mikey), Josh Conley (wife Cassie and children Eli, Jaxon, Braylon, Crew, and Cole), Justin Conley (son Cameron), Dylan Fugate, Kayla Rhodes and Zack Fugate. On her father’s side, Rob Phillips (son Layne), Aimee Phillips-Webb (husband Jeremiah, and children Tyler, Matt , and Clair), Cindy Caudill (husband Greg and children Greg, Josh, and his wife Brenna), Deanna Phillips-Phipps (husband Steve and children Payton and Bryson), Brandy Warner (children Kalista and Thomas), and Kristie Warner (fiancé Alex). We would like to extend a special thank you to all of Lindsay’s numerous family and friends who continue to show their support through the entirety of this difficult time.
