Lucy Miller

Miller, Lucy (Stammen) born March 2, 1927 in Philothea, Ohio, passed away May 23, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Mary (Bruggeman) Stammen. She was a retired school bus driver for the city of Kettering. Lucy was firmly devoted to her faith, her family, and friends for whom she was a pillar of strength. She is survived by her husband, Eugene; daughters, Frances (Louis) Schlegel, Julie (Barney) Feinblum, Bonita (Rodney) Schultze, Cynthia (Christopher) Copas. Also survived by grandsons Joshua and Daniel Feinblum. An extended number of Miller and Stammen family members also survive to mourn the passing of this very giving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mass of Christian Burial Friday May 27th 12:00noon at St. Albert the Great Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5-8pm at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. In lieu of flowers, contributiuons may be made to The Hospice of Dayton. “No matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow.”
