Margaret Hively

HIVELY, Margaret F. age 95 of Dayton, passed away Thursday December 31, 2009. Margaret was a volunteer at the Franciscan Medical Center and the St. Ann Society at St. Mary. She was formerly with NCR, a housekeeper for Rev. Henz for 15 years at St. Mary and St. Stephen. She is preceded in death by a sister, Kathryn Halpin and a brother Walter Geier. Margaret is survived by a daughter, Barbara Grillmeier of Centerville; a son, David Hively of Dayton; three grandchildren, Dale, Teresa and Shannon; two great grandchildren, Ashley and Aaron. Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 a.m. Tuesday January 5, at St. Mary Church, preceded by a prayer service at the Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial, Calvary Cemetary. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice or St. Vincent DePaul, envelopes available at the funeral home.
