Wenzke, Margaret Mary, of Dayton, Ohio, died on January 6, 2015. She was 63 years old. She is survived by her daughter, Susan, her sister Teresa and her niece Megan. Ms. Wenzke was born in Dayton, Ohio on July 6, 1951 and graduated from Alter High School in 1969. She received a bachelor’s degree in English from The Ohio State University in 1973 and a law degree from Ohio Northern Law School in 1976, where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She was a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association. Ms. Wenzke worked for the Legal Aid Society in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, and for Hiatt Legal Services in Dayton, Ohio before establishing her own law office in Kettering. She retired from the practice of law in 2012. In addition to the above, Ms. Wenzke is survived by her brothers Jerome (Nancy), James (Ellie), Frank (Kathleen), Robert (Jennifer), Edward (Joyce), and Stephen, and her sisters Marilyn Nickels (Kenneth) and Janet Pettry (James), as well as her cousins Thomas Thornton (Debbie) and William Thornton (Carla). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Eugene and her parents, Frank and Rita Wenzke. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Albert the Great Church on Monday, January 12, 2015, at 12:00P.M. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-4pm at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road Kettering, OH 45440.
