Frost, Marguerite P.(Cooper), age 91, died peacefully on October 25th at
Hospice of Dayton surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Hattiesburg,
Mississippi on June 18, 1925. She was preceded in death by her husband, William
R. Frost, to whom she was married for 54 years. She is also preceded in death by
her parents, Daniel and Mattie Cooper; 3 brothers, Daniel, Horace, and Donald,
and sister Carrie Stanley. Marguerite was the mother of 5 children: Susan
Schomaker (Ken), Mary Frost,
Theresa Kibbe, J. William Frost (Marilyn), and Elizabeth Wright (Thomas). She
had 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is survived by her sister,
Shirley M. Knight (John) of Reynoldsburg, Ohio and Connie Cooper, Monroe,
Louisiana.
Marguerite was the matriarch of her large family and continued to live
independently until her death. She loved playing bridge, had a passion for
gardening, planting flowers, and feeding the birds. Marguerite worked as a
volunteer at Kettering Memorial Hospital and at Hospice of Dayton. She was past
president of the Knights of Columbus, Council 4022 Ladies Auxiliary.
The family will receive family and friends from 2:00-5:00 PM at Westbrock
Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45410 on Sunday, October, 30. A Mass
of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon on Monday, October 31 at The
Church of Incarnation, 59 Williamsburg Lane, Dayton, Ohio 45459. Internment
will immediately follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, 1639 East Lyle-Five
Points Rd., Centerville, Ohio 45458.

following the internment at The Presidential Banquet Center, 4548 Presidential
Way, Dayton, OH 45429. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in
