HATTON, Martha “Lou”, age 91 of Dayton passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 27, 1925 to the late Emil and Alma (Karl) Weisman. Also preceding her in death is her husband of 63 years, Carl A. Hatton; granddaughter, Shelley Spiller; brother, Tom Weisman and sister-in-law, Clara Weisman. Martha is survived by her children, Bonnie (Charles) Brown, Sue (Steve) Frankenberg, Kathy Hatton, Janice (Larry) Bertke, Mary Lou (Kevin) Randolph, Julie (Steve) Dennis, David (Donna) Hatton, Steve (Karen) Hatton, Jeff (Leslie) Hatton; many, many grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Ann (Jimm) Horvath, Kathleen (Jim) Nurrenbrock, Robert (Joyce) Weisman and many other extended family and friends. She graduated from Parker Co-Op High School. Martha “Lou” has been a member of Immaculate Conception Church for 58 years where she was involved in the Rosary Alter Society and the Free Spirits. She was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary. Martha “Lou” will be remembered for her deep faith and her selfless devotion to her family. Friends and family may visit from 4-8 pm on Tuesday, July 12 at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave., Dayton. A mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am on Wednesday, July 13 at Immaculate Conception Church, 2300 Smithville Rd. with Fr. Satish Joseph celebrant. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or the Immaculate Conception Church, in memory of Martha.
