Martha Kussman

KUSSMAN, Martha Jane Jane died August 30, 2011 at the age of 88. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, April 13, 1923 to Harry and Clara (Keferl) Neuman. She was a graduate of Julienne in the class of 1941. On September 7, 1946, she married John Kussman. For the next sixty-five years her life was centered around her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jane is survived by her husband John, five children, Joy (David) Cairoli, Grand Haven, Mich., John (Peggy) Kussman, Flower Mound, TX., James (Barb) Kussman, Troy, Oh., Jerome (Karin) Kussman, Cincinnati, Oh., Janel (Gary) Ciolli, Akron, Oh., her sister Carol (Terry) Kramer, Centerville, Oh., sisters in law Rita Kussman, Dayton, Oh., and Rosemary Neuman, Beaumont, Tx. Her grand children are Patrick, Chris, and Dan Cairoli, Allison Kussman, Lauren, Jack, Nick, and Gina Ciolli, Megan and Arman Kussman. Her great grand children are Jessica and Mya Cairoli. She was also a favorite "Aunt Jane" to nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Bernard and Richard and by her sister-in-law Charlene Neuman. Jane was a volunteer at St. Albert the Great for twenty years. She also was a Cub Scout den mother and a Girl Scout troop leader. She was active in the Pre Cana Program. Jane will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Visitation will be Thursday Sept. 1, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Westbrock Funeral Home on 5980 Bigger Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Henry Catholic Church, 6696 Springboro Pike, Friday Sept. 2 at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow the mass at Calvary Cemetery.
