Orville K. Hein

HEIN, ORVILLE K. Age 78, of Centerville, OH, passed away peacefully on November 19th, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Rose Hein, his sister, Elaine Wulbeck and brothers-in-law, Rene Wulbeck and Robert Holley. Orv is survived by his wife of 55 years Carol; daughters Joan Howard, Julie Florence, Jennifer (Tom) Kendo; grandchildren Bradley Howard, Spencer Morris, Vincent Morris, Tom Kendo and Allie Kendo; and sister Velma Holley. Orv served his country as a member of the US Army. He spent over 40 years as a Tool & Dye Maker at NCR and General Motors. After retirement he drove a school bus for Kettering City Schools for 18 years. Orv was an avid golfer his entire life. He was an active member of Amvets Post 2003 and the VFW Post 9927. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, November 26th, 2014 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 4600 Ackerman Blvd., Kettering, OH. Friends may call on Tuesday, November 25th, 2014 between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm at Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd., Kettering, OH and one hour prior to Mass at Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the charity of your choice.
