Oscar "Tom" Marsden

MARSDEN, JR. Oscar “Tom”, age 57 of Centerville went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born on June 3, 1960 in Dayton to Barbara (Dever) Marsden and the late, Oscar Marsden Sr. He is survived by his mother, his foster parents of 52 years, Joseph and Caroline (Terri) Herlihy, sisters, Dawn Mitchell, Brenda Impson, Rae Thomas; brother, James E. Marsden; and his foster siblings, Christine Herlihy, David (Kristi) Herlihy, Kevin (Tamara) Herlihy, Larenna (Nicholas) Kuechly and a host of nieces and nephews and he was sure he will greet his beloved felines, Scrapper and Caroline, in Heaven. Tom worked in telecommunications for AT&T and is a US Navy veteran. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd., Kettering. Tom’s family will greet friends from 12:00 pm until the time of the service.
