Patricia Lehmkuhl

LEHMKUHL, Patricia W. age 92 of Centerville passed away on June 14, 2013. She was born May 7, 1921 in Hamilton, Ohio, the eldest child of Mary and Donald S. Cisle. She married Joel C. Lehmkuhl in 1944, who preceded her in death in 1997. She is survived by her four children Joel Lehmkuhl Jr. of Greene County, Ohio; David (Lynn) Lehmkuhl of New York City; Thomas (Barbara) Lehmkuhl of Avon Lake, Ohio; Lisa (Steven) Reeves of Sugarcreek Township, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and her sister Jane (Robert) Laumann. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Donald S. Cisle Jr.
After graduating from Hamilton High School, Patty attended Stephens College in Missouri. She moved to Dayton during World War II to be with her husband who was stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB. She was an active member of the Christ Child Society and the Wright-Patterson Officer's Wives Club. The family will be receiving friends at Westbrock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Road, Dayton, Ohio on Monday, June 17 from 5-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of the Incarnation, 7415 Far Hills Ave, Centerville, Ohio on Tuesday, June 18 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
