Patrick Chambers

CHAMBERS, PATRICK H., age 46, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2009. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Chambers. Patrick is survived by his wife, Terri (Blevins) Chambers, daughter, Eliza Chambers, sons: Jake Chambers and Sam Chambers, mother, Annette Chambers, sister, Sharon "Suzie" Alexander and brother, Mark Chambers. Patrick served in the 101st Airborne in the United States Army. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 5th from 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. at Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave, Dayton 45410. Graveside Services will follow Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses
