Phyllis M. Yingling

YINGLING, Phyllis M. Age 89, of Centerville, passed away August 4, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, David, parents Harry Sr. and Naomi Parr, brother and sister-in-law Harry Jr. and Sue Parr, and her daughter Christy Pappert.
Phyllis leaves behind her 3 sons David (Barbara), Tom (Nancy), Tim (Paula), son-in-law Christopher Pappert, 7 daughters Kathy Weaver, Patty (Brian) Leonard, Julie (Val) Slivinski, Mary Ann (Mike) Geers, Theresa (Gail) Plunkett, Beth, and Peggy (Chris) Collins. She was blessed with 25 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Phyllis was a graduate of Julienne High School Class of '48 and Good Samaritan School of Nursing and was a surgical nurse at Good Samaritan. Phyllis was a long time member of St. Mary's (Xenia Ave) Parish and Incarnation Parish in Centerville. She was the organist for the 6:30 AM Mass at Incarnation for many years. She was also a member of the Incarnation choir, participated in splash aerobics at WTRC, and enjoyed vacationing at the Outer Banks and family gatherings. She was highly devoted to our Blessed Mother and an advocate of the rosary.
