Richard C Jeckering

Jeckering, Richard C., was born on September 22, 1926, the second son of Gerhard and Josephine Jeckering, passed away on Friday, April 14th. Donna Jeckering, our fathers love of life for 48 years preceded him in death. Richard is survived by his two siblings, Joseph and Joanne. His (4) children, Christine (David White), Tim (Barb Huels), Patrick, and Jill will miss him for his love of life, his huge smile, and his insatiable love to show his affection in so many unique ways. Ted Jeckering, Jennifer White, and Nichole (Erich Ott) simply loved Grandpa Wiggly-ear’s chocolates. The family extends our sincere condolences to dad's dearest friend Jane Wathen, who for the past 13 years was the apple of his eye. Visitation is Monday evening 5:30 - 7:00 at Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave., 45440. Mass will be Tuesday morning, 10:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 411 East Second St. 45402. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
